This villa has been entirely restored with style and care this year.

The garden tables and chairs allow you to have your meals outside and appreciate the view.

At the back of the villa, a few meters along the lane, you can also enjoy a private, independent enclosed garden (approx 350 m2) where the old bakery is standing. This is ideal for young children, privacy and shelter in case of wind.

The house where the colour white is dominant is functional yet warm and cosy.

This sober decoration enhances the fantastic view from the large windows.

There are 3 comfortable bedrooms with double beds, a large kitchen and a sitting room.

La Villa “Belle Vue” offers an exceptional view on the Bay of Le Cap from most rooms.

It is ideally situated and equipped to make the most of your stay at the seaside.

This peak of land offers several beaches within meters which you can choose, depending on the direction of the wind, or for their different atmospheres for swimming, playing, sun- bathing, flying kites, sailing and crab fishing.

Only 10 meters from the house you can access the small beach which uncovers at low tide.

At the end of the street after the “cul-de-sac”, there is an other large sandy beach facing East from where you can see the Moulard, a stone land mark for sailors. And further South, bays, cricks and coves alternate towards Saint-Vaast-La-Hougue a buzzing fishing harbour and marina where you can find a large choice of restaurants and cafés along the quay. It is also known for its oyster farms.

Towards the North of the peninsula, only 5 minutes drive from the house, the picturesque harbour of Barfleur is a charming and well preserved village, listed amongst the nicest in France. Well known for its wild mussels and the Café de France, Barfleur require a visit.

It is a good base from where to visit the rest of Normandy's richness’s such as Le Mont-Saint-Michel, the DD landing beaches, Bayeux tapestry....
